Hi Everyone,

We have a busy few months in Senior Infants. Everyone has settled in very well!!

We have been learning loads. In literacy we are continuing to learn our lower and upper case letters. We are writing Our News into our copies. We have learned lots of songs and poems. In Numeracy we are learning our number formation, patterns. In S.E.S,E we have been noticing how we change as we older and we had lots of fun trying to guess who we are from our baby photos. We read some exciting stories about long ago.

We have made some beautiful, colourful artwork including: An Autumn tree display, wiggly snakes, scary Halloween bats, witches. We made beautiful collages of numbers.

We went on our first trip of the year recently. We went to see a show  from Barbaró called "Ahhh" which we found very funny and exciting. In P.E we are continuing to develop our hurling skills. Watch out some of the Senior Infants may be playing  in Croke Park some day!!

We have had lots of Stars of the Week over the past few months. Well done to Everyone!!
